MOBILE TALK : LIES AND **********

LIES AND ********** ! I received a call from mobile talk on about 26 march 2019 . The sales consultant offered me a phone contract for R150 p/m with free wifi , Little did i realize that i was being duped into taking the contract . Upon receiving the phone , i found that the phone does not receive wifi ,when i phoned back and made queries. I was told by the consultant that i am not within range to receive wifi . so I decided to cancel the contract and returned the phone before seven days .This thieving company has been debiting my account ever since. They have debited R150 twice every month for the last 3 months .Now they are debiting an additional R369.00. When I phoned them about this , they tell me the contract is cancelled and its off the system , with the lies said, they continue to debit my account . I am surprised that this company still exists and manages to conduct there ********** **** under telkom with impunity ,to the unsuspecting clients.
