Mobile talk has a bad service

Mobile talk has bad service, I had a contract with mobile talk, for wifi router and uncapped data, a few days later I received an sms saying that my order has been canceled, but my worry is they debited and i didn't received the order , when I called their number the call just ended. Now I don't know how to get my money back.
