Mobile Talk *****

<p>Phumzile Chumi from mobile talk promised me I can make free landline calls. After receiving cellphone I discovered not true. Reported and on 24 May 2016 I spoke to Nadia from mobile talk who read transcripts of phone call from Phumzile Chumi and admitted I was misinformed. Nadia arranged to send a courier to pick up phone next day.repeatedly assured me no further steps needed from my side. She admitted the deal offered was invalid.I have way bill of courier who collected phone on may 25. BUT as from July Telkom keep debiting my bank account for a contract that do not exist and for a cellphone which I do not have. I keep record of all consultants and dates I called since July but nobody can explain why I am *******ly debited for a non existing contract and no cellphone in my pession.</p>
