MOBILE TALK-AVOID

<p>I received a call from Mobile Talk saying they are Telkom offering a product I was interested in.I asked specific questions regarding hidden charges.I specifically asked if there would be charges for Rescue box,Safety box and Hotspotter as I have been previously caught by another company.The telesales lady said that she had never heard of these products and there would not be charges.15 minutes after accepting the product I received SMS's welcoming me to the very same services.I phoned and cancelled the following day and have received confirmation of cancellation emails from Mobile Talk.Even after cancelling they tried to deliver the Telkom product to me which I did not receive or sign for.Suddenly now I am receiving bills from Telkom for the product that I have cancelled. I have sent numerous emails to Mobile Talk querying why I am receiving these bills for a cancelled contract but am not receiving replies. Each call you make to them the first thing they say is that all calls are recorded.I have asked for copies of these voice recording but obviously have not received as they are now ignoring all communication.I need this contract cancelled as confirmed by Mobile Talk and the charges credited.My cancelled contract number is MT- ********** 9-1 .Please can I get confirmation of the cancellation and the credits</p> <p> </p> <p>Stephen Scott</p>
