MOBILE TALK ARE ********, DON'T ACCEPT ANY OFFERS FROM THEM...

On Monday the 18th of November, I received a call from the telemarketers and was offered a very good deal which I accepted. The Huawei Mobile wifi was then delivered on Friday the 22nd of November and I was told that it will take 48hours for the sim card to be activated excluding weekends. While I was still busy I was informed that the sim card will not be activated as the sales agent added an additional sim card to my contract which I did not approve and before they can activate my sim card someone needs to contact me first. I would call every day asking why is taking long and I was told that they can not get hold of me, which is a lie cos I do not have miss calls and I always have my phone with.

I have since cancelled the contract and I am still waiting for them to come and collect their stupid mobile wifi. I believe the company are ******** people and they are extremely rude. They have already debited my bank account twice and the sim card is not even activated. They must not even bother to activate the sim card as I don't want their contract anymore.
