Mobile Talk and Telkom Fruad Case

I lodged an complaint with Mobile Talk and with Telkom informing both companies that i have a voice recording as proof of how i was ****med by Mobile Talk offering me a new device with 1Gig Free Me. I was offered a complete package and after receiving the delivery discovered that i had to pay an exstra R200 a month for being able to make calls from the phone.. noone has rep**** from Telkom in 3 weeks and Mobile Talk is so rude that all they can say is if you not happy then cancel it. I will not cancel...so that they can get away with the lies. I got proof and i am taking this matter straight to the complaint commissioner to make a case of fruad against both Telkom and Mobile Talk
