Mobile talk

Hello peter.... I was once called by people from mobile talk claiming that they work with Telkom they sold me a phone which i have received yet. These been debit orders going into my account every month of which i don't know it's been two month now they debiting money in my account and when i go to Telkom to enquire about it they know nothing about it.
