<p>I app**** for wreless internet through Telkom which was declined. After this amounts started coming off my account. When i enquired about this they told me that although the service i app**** for was declined that there were services that were linked to them that did not require vetting so automatically they deduct amounts. After asking what these services were they could not really tell me so i cancelled the debit orders and requested my money back. One month later they tell me they only pay back 3 months as it is company policy although they never had my permission in the first place. So after deducting almost a R1000 they now only want to pay back a couple hundred. Who gives these people the right to do this .</p>
