Missadvertising and bad service delivery

Telkom have been advertising promotions for the month but does not have stock since the begining of the promotion but continues to advertise the promotions? Surely this is misadverti*****t? If you call Telkom sales the consultants foes not even bother to assist. Not sure how long Telkom will exist if this is the quality of service given.
