Misleading and poor service

I took out a contract and the sales lady said I would not pay more than R138 pm for the deal, after a week or so I call to ask why Im not connected just to hear that I now have 2 contracts instead of one, after a month i again hear that im in arrears and i already paid my subscription, after two months im in arrears again for I dnt no what. When I call nobody knows whats going on and they never get back to you, they send me an invoice after 3mnths and im still in arrears. I pay them 5 days before my due date jst to find out 2weeks after that , that my payment has not reflected and I now have been handed over to debt collectors. Ive had it with this people really, wish I never took out this contract cos now my name is put to shame becos of them. PEOPLE DONT EVER TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THEM, ITS A WASTE AND THEY ARE MISLEADING
