misleading

<p>They falsely represent themselves as Telkom. The salesperson assured me that i have LTE reception in the area and now i see that i cannot connect to the network at all with the router provided. I cant find a contact number to cancel this as none is printed on the 'invoice' provided. I want this cancelled with immediate effect and the router and simcard to be collected as its in the cooling off period. </p>
