This company called me and claimed their Telkom ,I was offered a deal for R199 for unlimited data however I have never received that sim deal I was promised . I have been chasing them to cancel my services which they promised it was cancelled but money is still being deducted off my account and it’s been 4 months

I want this account to be cancelled and all my money returned immediately
