The agent on the phone signed me up for a package but when I received the order information by email it was totally incorrect. They did not include the router which they had promised - this was a recorded conversation, where they mentioned numerous times that the router was included - however it seems like it was a blatant ****. My advice is never to sign up for a deal or contract telephonically. Just put the phone down when any of these mobile sales agents call. That's the best they deserve!
