Lack of understanding of products been sold

<p>On the 8th September i placed an order for a Huawei P8 lite with mobile talk. Today on the 15th September i recieved a sms saying that due to my poor credit record, my order has been rejected. After calling mobile talk, i was informed that this wasn't the case and my order was rejected as i must contact Telkom directly. After contacting Telkom directly, i was informed that the contract price had increased by 40%. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was false advertising by mobile talk which is in essense *****.
