Justice I paid I must get goods my data

I bought data on the 24 march 2020 for R140 since I'm far from my family, update I never received ,with several attempts the said I must wait 71hour after a week I call I must wait 48 customer service just sweet talk but frustrating clients please help hellopeter, I'm stuck in Limpopo due to lockdown my family in Cape ***
