Just another lie to make a sale

In order to get me to agree to a new contract for DATA I was told that they were offering me a Migration to a new contract with Telkom. I repeatedly asked if this was just one contract as I could not afford two contracts. I was repeatedly reassured that I will remain with one contract. Took delivery and immediately realized something was wrong and I now have two contracts. Canceled everything as I was in my 7 day window and was assured that all was cancelled and that I would not pay anything extra. Well received my invoice and I am paying extra.
