Incorrectly debitted......AGAIN!!!!
<p>I was incorrectly advised on a sales call by your agent .After realizing this is placed a cancellation request within the cooling off period.However i was still being debited which then got resolved after many many requests.Now this month i see that i was charged R1500 for a cancellation by Telkom!!!!I am fed up of complaining about you guys and if this does not get resolved soon you should expect legal action to be taken against this company as you are messing up constantly and making these mistakes after i continually query and warn you all.My patience is running thin with this company.</p>
