Incompitance from telkom

Telkom Witbank Highveld mall get a fantastic experience of incompitance from sale the face of Telkom they will sell you anything but just don't go back. I caught a router from they spent all afternoon with tech support and came to the decision that it was a faulty machine take it back just to go through the whole story again in store changing SIM cards from one router to another just to be told uncapped data is depleted, placed it into my mobile router just to find it working now they say they can't give me another one as it will do the same .this is the confidence there own people have but would not open a new one to test in store before purchase so once again you leave with nothing after spending a whole day with Telkom.pathetic
