The disappointing fact about this country we live in is that nobody takes responsibility for their actions and always have the best and very convincing excuses like telkom staff when it comes to doing their job right the first time. I recently received a bill for a service that was supposed to have been cancelled and when I inquired about what went wrong all they said was it was never cancelled. The guy who helped me didn't work there anymore and the only excuse head office could give me was that the system was maby offline at the time and therefore could not cancel the contract. This leaves a bitter taste in your mouth when you pay for a service you didn't use.
