I cancelled a LTE device which was sold to me on false information saying the device would work for me in my area. I was then contacted after weeks of complaining and told they were collecting the device. I was then *******ly debited from my account for a cancelled contract which I have subsequently reversed. Please come get your device I have never used it and it doesn't work. Honor your word mobi talk and make this right.
