HORRIBLE UPGRADE SERVICES FROM IDIOTS AT TELKOM

Usless service, done an upgrade for my family in June when all the idiots of Telkom called me every single day 5 times a day to upgrade, well I decided to upgrade in June as our contracts end in August , recevied 1 phone end of June, 2 phones mid July and bear in mind 1 phone stioll short Im calling very week to find out when the last units will be delivered and no response the response i got today is that the last phione number was never captured so the phone was never ordered and right now they cannot supply that phone they want to give me a down grade basically,
