Horrible Telkom

I've had horrible service with Telkom, I asked them to debit my account on the 15 yet they went on the 1st which left my account in debit and the Wi-Fi stopped working I contacted Telkom to ask them what was happening after speaking to 7 consultants, I was told I am behind on payments alright I decided to make the outstanding payments and cancel the Wi-Fi ..Now I decided to take out a new phone yet they still telling me I owe what crazy business is this you guys say you the best service provider yet you are not what horrible service
