I bought a router telephonically it was delivered on Friday 22 September 2023 but is not working all I have tried to contact them is ringing but the problem you selection is key's are not working I want to cancel with a immediately effect I don't know where to go because they don't respond on their emails please help me this people they going to take my money for nothing.
