Great incompetence on client services

Telkom supposed to be customer friendly as they are the main South American network providers yet dey are not. April 2021 I called them to make a complain on negative services that I am getting, I was promised that it was going to be attended to but until to date problem is not resolved. Last week I made another call just to do follow up, few days later I received sms informing me that complain closed as resolved which is not true. No one from telkom bothered to even call me just to check as this complain is long overdue.
