Getting billed for Items I did not option for!!!

Hi. An agent had called me regarding a contract with Telkom. I already have a phone but decided on taking it anyway as the guy told me it will only be R69 a month. With much confirming and double checking. I gave a telephonic go ahead. Couple days later a female agent called which I was under the impression a check up as this was a phone that was delivered. Offered all kind of services which I doubled checked and said no further costs as all included in the R69. You guys record all calls so there's proof enough that I did not option to anything further than jus the R69 a month. And now I am getting good debited monthly for strange costs for tech trace. Hot stepper safe base all adding to R172. Which is more than my actually contact. So I pay R69 + R172. I being to Telkom branch who said you Mobile talk is responsible. Please contact me ASAP before this continues as these services are of no use to me!
