**********ly debiting my bank account without any authorisation

I noticed an unfami**** debit order go off my bank account on 02 March 2017. The reference associated with that debit is MOBLE TALKMT- ********** 2-1 which I assumed is Mobile Talk who is associated with Telkom Mobile. I asked my banking institution to trace the debit order initiator. My bank got back to me with the details they received from ABSA bank who seems to be the service provider to this debit order initiator. I attempted to called the debit order initiator but the 3 telephone contact details given did not connect and are not valid. The company contact is listed as CCS OUTSOURCING (PTY). I have not signed up for any contracts with either Mobile Talk or CCS Outsourcing companies. I demand that this debit order that was set up by either of these companies be reversed and removed.

However, I do have a mobile phone contract with Telkom Mobile. I called Telkom Mobile since I had no other working contact details from the bank trace. Telkom Mobile confirmed the one mobile contract that I have with them. I spoke to Makha who confirmed that Mobile Talk is very much associated with Telkom Mobile and had also confirmed that Mobile Talk should not be debiting my bank account.

I called Mobile Talk and spoke to Sandile. He said to me that their computer systems are down and as such he cannot help me with my query.

I need Mobile Talk to reverse the amount debited from my bank account and to stop this debit order they have set up against my bank account immediately.
