********** sales from mobile talk (Telkom)

<p>Good day</p> <p>Sales lady from mobile talk called my wife last week Thursday offering her a fiber optic router plus a tablet plus sim card and uncapped internet for R179pm. We were excited and accepted the deal gave her banking details etc. She read the t&c etc. Said our package will be delivered within 10 working days. Monday 15/08/16 the package was delivered. My wife accepted and signed. Went to her desk and opened the package only to find that she received a Huawei p8 Lite 1 gig deal. This is not the deal my wife accepted telephonically. Therefore I request the call recordings that were made to my wife and I both. I want a copy of those recordings and the sales lady I want her fired for selling us a deal that doesn't exist. Pathetic service. I Do know that this is mobile talk that sold us this deal, but they are selling this on behalf of telkom. Therefore I feel telkom should take full responsibility for this fault. Never have I ever had service like this! If this is not resolved asap im going all out on social media about TELKOM and MOBILE TALK selling deals that doesnt exist!!</p>
