In March 2019 i was called by this company Mobile talk claiming to be part of Telkom to offer me a Telkom Contract phone with free minutes/airtime for R99 per month, i agreed to that cause i was looking for an affordable contract for my mother (59 yrs) since she can't use social media platforms. They sold me a Nokia 1 phone that they describe as one of the best that she can easily operate. The phone arrived after 3 weeks but the phone battery doesn't last as with receiving only one call the phone switches off, i called the company to inform them of the faulty device within 7 days and they promised to send someone to come pick it up and i'm still waiting after a month. They debited me for 2 contracts phone instead of 1, initial debit was R300, the second debit R430. When i register to the Telkom website to check my statement they are charging me for phone and a simcard data. The phone they sold me doesn't even have airtime/free minutes but consist of 500MB data and 1GB of Data for the simcard i did not even request. I want this company to cancel my contract and come get their faulty phone and refund me my money back. what their doing is daily *******, ***** and
