********** Debit order

It is now the second review I wright about TELKOM - I've sent a complaint with affidavit to the ***** department and still no one even try to resolve the problem I'm NOT a customer of Telkom or Telkom mobi but still the put debit orders on my account twice in one month The call center agent (Neo Violet Ntsioa) supp**** me with an email address (***) to log your complain but nothing happens after that - when I phoned them again they put you on hold and do not return to assist. Once again - I'm NOT a customer of Telkom and did not apply for any service I'm sending the document requested again for the five time - lets see if they will assist
