********** CONTRACT WITH MOBILE DATA

I was contacted by Mobile Talk in February to upgrade my Telkom mobile wifi device to an extra 20gig per month and was told by the consultant that I could cancel my existing contract without being charged penalties and that my existing contract would be cheaper, monthly .

While the device was shipped to me I then decided contacted Telkom who advised there was no such contract available with Telkom them... by increasing my data and that I would pay cheaper...and that penalties had to be paid for cancellations for a new contract or upgrades.

I then contacted mobile data and told them about what Telkom said and requested to terminate it immediately because there was no such contract.

On delivery of the wifi router .. I contacted Mobile Talk to collect the unit ...which was collected immediately the following day .

To date my account has been debited for a contract that was supposed to be cancelled immediately from day 1 already and for device I do not have in my possession. MOBILE TALK IS AWARE OF THIS .

Mails were sent and I contacted mobile data numerous times now who is still not assisting me with the query . I received a ref via email *** and still no feedback to date.

I contacted Telkom regarding this query too and one holds on for about 30min without being assisted.

This is ********** and need all my money reversed.

Be careful before signing up with Mobile Talk.
