I was called by Ayanda at the end of May offering me uncapped route an a cellphone for a cheap rate. During this period my wife was busy with the same package with Telkom . Ayanda convinced us that this is the same package at a cheaper rate .We final took the package with him.5 minutes later we received an SMS stating that this stating that this comes with 1 gig data not uncapped data. This ****ed us off .I called the same time to cancel and no one answered .I called the next morning and cancelled .I still received SMSs that my package will be delivered This carried on for several days , I kept calling an cancelled . Finally the courier company called to deliver . I cancelled with them as well .I called mobile talk again, spoke to Sandile .I asked to speak to the manager .I was told that the manager will call me back , it's been over 3 weeks an no one has called me . Now I've been debited for something I HAVE NOT RECEIVED . This is clearly ***** . This company should be sued for ***** .and they consultants charged . cause clearly they are not FAIS accredited.
