False sales information

On 16/11/2014 I was contacted by Mobile Talk to purchase Telkom LTE wireless modem and contract on the basis of being able to use at home and anywhere in SA at monthly cost R199. There is no LTE coverage at my home in Morningside Jhb. I have made numerous calls to Mobile Talk and Telkom to investigate and rectify and more recently, to cancel contract and refund 4 months subs. No response, no refund, no coverage.
