I request access to the voice recorded conversation between owen and myself, it was clearly agreed to, that, the existing contract would be cancelled, apon and accepting the proposed new upgrade. The possible date would be 17 November 2016, between 09:29 and 09:45 am at time of call, for you to obtain the voice call I have no signed ageement with you, therefore the debit order will be returned to my account.
