Mobile talk / T Connect called me and offer me a Wi-Fi router as an upgrade on my old contract so I agree to it They also mention that they will cancel my other contract

I received the package on Friday so I called telkom to check for me and they tell me that I had now 2 contracts I'm very unhappy about this...
