Extremely disturbed

Am extremely disturbed by your service.i ordered a sim in December and I was told I'll receive the sim card after 5 days and 5 days passed by when I phoned telkom I was told my order has been returned because they couldn't get hold of me which is false because my phone was on and I didn't even get an email regarding my order.and I don't understand as to how can my order be canceled if everything was processed and I gave out my banking details. If you didn't get hold of me you would have try to get me and gave me the order. Stop playing hide and seek games.nobody called me or email me.
