Ethically and Legally questionable Sales Technique

Mobile Talk have not been honest in their dealings with us and have misrepresented themselves, whether indirectly, directly or tacitly, as being Telkom. As a result we are now not paying less than before, but in fact paying double as we are paying for two packages (mobile and ADSL) when we were led to belive that our existing ADSL line would be upgraded. To make matters worse, the router delivered was faulty and has since been returned to Mobile Talk. the sales techniques employed by Mobile Talk are ethically and legally questionalble as they were inpossesion of private and confidential information regarding our aco**** details with Telkom. The matter has been addressed in writing to [Email Removed] on 24 June and to date we have had no feedback. We wish to cancell the mobile contract and remain with the original ADSL line. An urgent respone is required.
