Dreadful service

I have been with Telkom since last year, I have 3 contracts with them and their services recently has been dreadful, I have contracts with other providers and they are dealing with the lockdown restrictions in a very professional way,including pay breaks. Telkom does not offer this to their consumers yet they do not give us our money's worth and I am sick of it. There is never internet coverage when you need it, the call centre staff have animals making noise in their background and they dont ever keep to their word, i was promised a call back from a consultant named Babalwa now it seems like he just said that to get me off the line because he could not help me. I was also mislead by the consultant that signed me up for the latest contract, Im sure she just wanted the commission. I HATE TELKOM AND THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE
