Don't hold ure breath for Telkom

Telkom finally deducted the full amount ie there collections department....i have seven(7) open queries which i did not receive any feedback from.I don't even hold my breath for getting any credits back from them seeing they penalize me for things which i was not at fault. Well that's Telkom,and i can gladly say there is no way in hell I'm renewing this contract.
