DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WILL MOBILE TALK(TELKOM)

Upgraded my contract with these guys a few weeks ago. I still have not had my contract e mailed to me. Called in this Monday and feedback was that I would receive it with in twenty four hours. Still nothing. Phoned in again today for feedback and spoke to the most ***********; rude customer service agent, her feedback was pretty much "you will get it when you get it, there is nothing I can do". Asked to speak to the manger, but he/she was not available. Its sales companies like this that will bring down Telkom(Mobile Talk is powered by Telkom).
