Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MOBILE TALK!!!

My full tale of woe is far too long to give all the detail here. I have been paying for a tablet for 3 months that I have not had the use of for even one day as it was delivered faulty. It was reported faulty within 24 hours and Mobile talk reneged on the agreement to have it replaced. I had to fight them and Telkom for 2 months to get them to agree to replace it.<br> Then we had another fight as they wanted me to re-comply with RICA requirements although there was no sim involved. As I am typing this I am still waiting for delivery as the courier company has now said that I apparently do not want the device any more. This is my second complaint and their promise that someone will contact you about the issue is just one more lie. They do not contact you due to the complaint on Hello Peter. It is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced in my whole life ..... STAY AWAY!!!<br> <br>
