Disgusted at Mobile Talk Management

Worst Company to take out contracts with. 3 weeks have pasted after they have received my, sealed returned devices, and after waiting past their SLA for written confirmation no feedback has been received from Team leaders, or managers cc'ed in Emails. They all are ***ards who hide behind an email address and contact centre agents. The contact centre agent tells me no team leader can take my calls because their systems are down...who attends to systems that are down....customer service team leaders, managers or I.T? If you want to lie to clients please make up something believable.
