Disappointing service

<p>An agent from Mobile Talk on behalf of Telkom offered me a data package, which I accepted and then due to some vetting procedure it was cancelled (so I think) and I was only notified via an sms with no follow up from the agent. I tried to call the number that was on the sms but I was told that is not the number to call yet thats the number was given. When I said that the agent dropped the call and I have not heard anything since that. This is absolutely pathetic service.</p>
