Disappointed Services from Telkom sales consultants

I still haven't received any response or help regarding my account this seems to be a monthly case.. customer services sucks at telkom.. I even called the lady Danielle Govender from the Chatsworth center branch in Durban she said she will get back to me but still no response looks like we as customers have to run around looking to get help but there isn't a person that is willing to assist .. Really disappointed!
