Debited for a product I did not agree to ??

Iam really not happy with mobile talk you guys are ********. I was debited R159 without my concern and even worse you guys put me on debicheck so that I cannot be able to reverse or cancel this debit order which I did not agree to.yoy are also not available on the 031 number?????

I managed to call in last month the 21th and I was told this R159 is for showmax subscription which I did not agree and never used. day light *******. Why do I need showmax where is I already have Netflix?????? I request to cancel this debit order immediately and guest what the fvcken debit order just when through again I want my money back. And if iam not contacted back within 3 days from now iam taking this matter to the ombudsman
