Debit order cancelation and cancelation of ADSL 3 months later I owe money

<p>I phoned about 3 months ago to cancel and return the package recieved</p> <p>RAM had collected the package,I had confirmation that this was cancelled and not to worry as everything was cancelled.Everymonth I had a deduction on my account and querryed it with mobi talk which they always said we have cancelled succesfully and I was given reference names with whom I has spoken to.</p> <p>Now after all the months I recieved a call from Debt-In (lawyers) that I need to pay R3000.00 for something I had returned and cancelled within 7 days and had no use of.</p> <p>Please check all my voice recordings made to you from ********** confirming all my correspondence with you as cancelation was done from this no.</p> <p> </p> <p>As this is putting me in a bad light on my credit profile that was not created by me but by Mobile Talk.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref No:MTI ********** 1</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks if someone can urgently call me or respond to me with this regard as I am very Irate at the moment.</p>
