Debit order and activation of my account

My account was suspended because I wasn't working anymore more due to covid19, got a job and paid my account still today its 3 months I have been paying my account manually and they say it will be activated within 4 to 24 hours every time I call, called and asked them countless time for them to activate my account and and reinstate debit order till today and they want to penalize me for their mistake so now 3 month being paying and my account is not active, and the person that helped me today was very rude telling me that my account is in arrears, how is it in arrears when they ddnt deduct from my account and I have enough money, I asked for a call back from a manager yesterday till today they haven't called because I wanted to tell them to reinstate the debit order because every time I speak to the agents they say they have escalated but nothing is happening, am realy not happy, very disappointed
