Customer service that is out of reach for over a week

I activated browse out of bundle option and when i tried to deactivate its been saying the service is unavailable for almost 2 weeks now and when i tried the customer care none of their numbers is working. On 180 they constantly lie on the voice prompt and say they have sent me an sms to guide me on how to sort the issue out. This has created a lot of frustration since my young daughter uses my phone too and i always loose airtime when data is depleted.
