I phoned them in the last week of March….they phoned me back 1st week in April saying its approved and my wifi is on its way….. Then I told them they must phone me before they deliver…etc as I am not always available… On 10th April I got a sms request has been successful…..on 10th again…wait is almost over and my order is being packed…then the guy from RAM couriers phoned me to say he has my package can he confirm my address but it was a Heideveld address so I said no that’s not my address….then he said well then he can only deliver the following day….I then said no I want it to day cos I am waiting too long already…..then he said he will get a lady to phone me from their offices….nobody phoned…..next day I heard nothing….. Then on the 17th I got a sms to say they see my package hasn’t been delivered it a consultant will contact me…………..nobody contacted me…………..then out of the blue after the 17th an indian lady who is in charge at Mobile talk phones me to say sorry…I cant have that package its after the special date and she can offer me another package…..i then told her I don’t want a other packge I want the one I initiall ordered…she then said but she cant give me that because the special is finished….when I asked her about my package that’s with the courier and etc….she just said no sorry that package is no longer available…….

after going through all the effort of providing my personal information to them I get this ****py service
