Conflicting advertising

App**** for promotional contract which we will receive P40 lite. Watch and headphones. We received the Phone not the rest. When querying they said only available to the first 2000 applicants we must read the T&C's. T&C's does not reflect what they disclose. on further investigation the following month the same promotion is ran just excluding the headphones. No information is indicated on their promotion of the first 2000 applicants. We have sent through cancellation request to no avail due to conflicting advertising.
