Complaint

I am experiencing network problems since I got a new phone. I need an operator to help but a get what's app options when I dial 180. I can't receive or make calls, even my ussd services. I sent an email to get help. The email rep**** that I get a call back. I have been waiting a week now. I'm frustrated.
